Well equipped apartment with 40sqm for two people (max 4 people)

- double room with big wardrobe, all made in solid "Zirm-wood"

- roomy eat-in-kitchen with big sofa (for the two additional people to sleep)

- the kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezing zone, coffee-machine and sufficient cooking and eating dishes

- bathroom with shower-cabin, bidet, flor heating

- the floors are made in solid larch wood

- electrical roller blinds

- W-LAN and Sat-TV

- own garden with wonderful view to the Geisler-mountains

Info: If available and you need additional beds, you can book an additional room with own bathrom in the attic of the house.

Prices:

The prices are valid for one overnight stay for two people on a minimum stay for four nights.

Prices to add for children or additional people:
0 - 2 years = free
3 - 8 years = 10 € per night
over 9 years = 15 € per night

Undependent of the duration of your stay we charge a single debit of 35€ for the final cleaning of the apartment.
We also have to apply a touristic tax per night and person for guests older than 14 years old.

Pets
If you like to bring pets with you, we have strict rules. This is necessary for hygienic reasons and for respect to the other guests in our house. Please inform us about pets already on your request for the availability and ask for the rules.
Please understand, that we have to apply a charge for pets.

Arrival and leave
The Apartment will be ready for you at 2p.m. The day you leave, please check out before 10a.m.
Please inform us a few days befor arrival about your estimated arrival time

Duration of your stay
minimum stay is four nights.
In the main season from june to october we don't accept reservations of short period.
