Prices:

The prices are valid per overnight stay for two people on a minimum stay of 4 nights.

Prices to add for children or additional people:
0 - 2 years = free
3 - 11 years = 12 € per night
over 12 years = 20 € per night

 
We also have to apply a touristic tax per night and person for guests older than 14 years old.

At closure of the booking confirmation, we'll ask to pay a confirmation deposit.

Pets
If you like to bring pets with you, we have strict rules. This is necessary for hygienic reasons and for respect to the other guests in our house. Please inform us about pets already on your request for availability and ask for the rules.
Please understand, that we have to apply a charge for pets.

Arrival and leave
The Apartment will be ready for you at 3 p.m. The day you leave, please check out before 9.30 a.m.
Please inform us a few days befor arrival about your estimated arrival time

Duration of your stay
Minimum stay is four nights.
In the main season from june to october and on holiday weeks we don't accept reservations of short periods.

Cancellation policy

There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code - however, we allow you to cancel your reservation up to 31 days before the date of arrival. The deposit paid cannot be refunded in this case and is treated as a cancellation fee.

From 30 days to 15 days before arrival, we charge 40%, from 14 days to 8 days before arrival, 60% and In the last 7 days before arrival, 70% of the total price of the booked period. The deposit is recognized as part of the amount owed.

In case of late arrival, no show or early departure, the booked stay will be charged at 100%.

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance.
